Students are allowed to borrow from the library provided that they bring a library bag. These bags are designed to protect the books and also show that the students are responsible enough to take books home with them.

Library bags can be purchased from the uniform shop for $3.50, otherwise the librarian will also allow the following:

  • $1 reusable shopping bags from Coles and Woolworths.
  • Library bags bought from places such as Big W and K-Mart.
  • Pillow Cases.
  • Any strong bag that will protect the library books from being damaged.


    • Books may be borrowed for up to two weeks, however students come to the library every week, so it is best if they return their books every week.

    How many books a student is allowed to borrow at a time depends on their grade.
  • Kindergarten borrow 1 book.
  • Years 1 & 2 borrow 2 books.
  • Years 3 & 4 borrow 3 Books.
  • Years 5 & 6 borrow 4 books.
